Our Story

At Irresistible Orchards, we’re proud to be fourth-generation farmers, continuing a legacy that began right here on our family farm in 1959. Originally an ex-tobacco property, the farm has evolved over the decades—changing with the seasons and generations while always staying true to our roots.

In 2016, we officially took over the family operation, building on its rich history and embracing both tradition and innovation. What once began with mangoes, avocados, and lychees has now expanded into a diverse selection of tropical fruit, including Tahitian limes, and ongoing lychee varieties that thrive in the Far North Queensland climate.

With deep respect for the land and a hands-on approach to farming, we’re passionate about blending tried-and-true methods with modern agricultural technologies—ensuring the highest quality produce while maintaining sustainable practices.

We’re Mark and Jess Taylor, and we’re honoured to continue our family's farming legacy while growing for the future.
